Matt puts the Feelin'
into the Music

Matt grew-up on the Southside, of Lombard that is. There he began his musical career playing Tuba and becoming familiar with the bass clef. He played the Sousaphone in the Wheaton Marching Band. It was only natural that he would migrate to bass guitar from there. Matt's taste leans toward rock and rock-adjacent music from the ‘60s through the 2010s.

Although Matt is the newest addition to the Blues Drifters, we have all played with him at the Pollyana and EvenFlow jam sessions. Matt is highly organized and serious about his music. That shows in what he brings to the Blues Drifters sound.
